We watch "The Biggest Loser" every week and get really into it. We have joked about being contestants but know that we aren't big enough to even be considered. So we came to a conclusion, we'll have our own Biggest Loser competition!
So, we decided the rules were going to be that we weighed ourselves every Saturday until the beginning of April (when we start thinking about getting into a swimsuit and spending a weekend in Las Vegas) and the winner gets $200 spending money when we go. Whoever loses the least amount of body fat each week gets penalized. We're still working on specifics for that but a couple of ideas we came up with is that if Paul loses he doesn't get to play Call of Duty for a week!!! Which is actually a big deal, since he has played everyday since Christmas, no joke!! We'll keep you all updated and let you know who becomes.....The Biggest Loser!

YAY! You wrote on your blog!!! Although I feel bad that I was a negative addition to it. I'm sorry, I really should have rephrased that comment and said to Skye "I'm glad your feeding him well!" He really doesn't look bad! Just a tiny bit thicker. Actually I need you guys to say it to me, so I will be motivated to get this holiday weight off! I love you guys! Keep blogging!
Justin had to have the xbox controller surgically removed after he bought Call of Duty. :) I was impressed with the graphics. (does that make me sound lame? ;) I think that a week of no games would be great motivation for the "dedicated gamer" ;) I hate racing Justin in weight loss though. He can lose 10 lbs by just thinking about it and I'd have to workout hours every day to lose 5. Totally unfair. I seriously doubt you have anything to lose, but Good luck!
WOOOHOO! Updates! We LOVE the updates!
Um, Can I jump on the wagon for the biggest loser? Maybe Tigh too? He needs some motivation as well! He can lose weight so easy, so it's hard for him to really want to, but spring is creeping up on us pretty fast!
I'm so glad you blog!:)
Even though you live up the street from me and I'm at Meredith's house ALL the time, I never get to see you!
Hi I'm Amy Schiefer (Ellsworth) one of Paul and Cj's friends from high school. I'm so excited that you guys have a blog! We were moving up to Utah when you guys got married so I didn't get to come :( We just recently blocked our blog but I would love to add you guys if you want. Just send me your email to amyschiefer@yahoo.com
Well, well well. Skye is officially a blogger! I am wondering if that salad diet has fizzled or if you guys are still going strong...hopefully the latter. I actually don't want either one of you to be the Biggest Loser if I have to get BIG this summer with a pregnant belly. Maybe you guys should join my weight program...gain about 30 pounds by July. You in? I promise it will be much more fun!
Hi Paul! I found your blog and thought I would say hi! Congratulations on your baby to be!
Baby to be?? WHAT THE HECK!!! Am I missing something?

O.K., here is an EDIBLE (actually pretty good)Fat-free ranch recipe I made up-really helps with the salad diet. 2 parts F.F. cottage chees, 1 part FF sour cream, 1 part FF mayo. Put thru blender with Hidden Valley powder stuff, and a little skim milk to thin. Cottage cheese is high in protein too! It seems like salad and veggies are so much easier to eat when you have yummy ranch.Even if not dieting, nice to have something to dip your pizza in...:)
